Developed by the US Railroad Administration in 1918, the USRA 0-6-0 was originally designated as a light switcher with 255 of the locos used on over 20 rail systems throughout the country. This HO-scale replica features brand new tooling and is fitted with a TCS WOW Sound 16-bit decoder with a Keep-Alive functionality that allows for nonstop track action, even if the track happens to be dirty.
