The #148 Kadee (R) Magne-Matic(R) WHISKER(R) Coupler features a All Metal Coupler, Metal WHISKER(R) Centering Spring. The #148 Coupler may be mounted in manufactures cast-on coupler pockets or any of our HO-Scale draft gear boxes (except #233 30-series gear box). The #148 coupler will work anywhere a NO.5(R) Coupler will work. The #148 coupler is a direct replacement for most Bachmann On30 couplers & a direct replacement for any plastic Medium Centerset "clone" couplers.
This industry leading coupler features an all metal coupler head, shank, and Whisker® centering spring. The #148 Magne-Matic® Whisker® Metal Coupler may be mounted with the #213, #232, #234, #242, #252, #262 Gearboxes (not included) or with other manufacturers cast-on coupler pockets.
