Description
Built in 1945 for NYC, these 40' boxcars were eventually sold to US Railway Equipment Company and rebuilt to modern Standards. including removing the roof walk's and cutting down the side ladders. They were then leased back to NYC and painted in the Jade Green Scheme where they continued for another decade in revenue Service.
