This is in fairly good shape, to be honest. Please take a look at all the pictures and see if it meets your expectations.
The roof is slightly bowed, and the decals have flaked off a bit. However, it seems that the building signs are just showing some natural wear and tear, so it still works.
Up until last night, I had this on the layout.
